For the sake of argument, imagine your app being popular, built for all platforms.You will need to hire several developers due to the high demand.It would be impossible to combine all platforms into one application.Imagine 10+ programmers working simultaneously on multiple platforms and the same code base in a smaller company.It is a nightmare for management.One team of developers is working on a desktop component that conflicts with the work of the mobile team.

You can see why Flutter is not a cross-platform framework after reading this article.It's a tool that allows us to create apps for every platform.My humble opinion is that it shouldn't be one app how much should it cost to hire an app developer. It should be more like a collection of apps with the same business logic.
